10. Project Board Meeting Two
The second Project Board meeting should be held at the end of the Initiation Phase.
This meeting will cover:
- Confirmation of delivery arrangements.
- Progress report from the Project Coordinator.
- Recruitment of participants.
- Preparation for evaluation.
- Arrangements for delivery of archive elements.
- Arrangements for delivery of creative elements.
- Arrangements for Workshop 6 site visit.
- Update on budget.
- Update on risks.
